Why do I get an error when processing password protected content?

Our content detection engines fully support processing archived formats such as zips or rar files. With that said, for processing to be successful we need to be able to read the entire contents of the archive. If, for any reason, you send us a archive file that cannot be expanded, for example a password protected zip or docx file, you will see an error like this:
